I have recently put software v12.043 and it just keeps on getting better and better.
even though the battery is the same as the nokia n95 it suprisingly last longer as its got power consuptiong in it, so the people who complain about the battery it is not an issue anymore.
also it depends on how much you use it for example if you use all the fetures of course it going to drain the battery, Ive heard people complain about this but no matter what nokia do there is always going to be winngers out there.
