One person is allowed to take the advantage for a maximum of three telephones. He should give his email in the application and submit on the site itself. As soon as he does that, he gets an email in his incoming box wherein he clicks on the given link to get registered in the national registry for do not call advantage. This is applicable to every company or organization except the excluded ones mentioned earlier. The ban is totally effective within a period of 31 days from the day of getting the registration in the national do not call registry.
Your telephone number will be accessible by the companies with which you have created commercial relations. For example, when you make a purchase and give your telephone number to that organization, they are legalized to make calls to your numbers up to a period of 18 months from the date of such purchase or delivery or the final payment as the case may be.
You have to make a request to the company to stop making calls to your furnished telephone number. If, they continue with the calls, they may be penalized with monetary penalties against a complaint from your side.
